No, I mean, there are a lot of layers in the way but applying Gaussian Blur on a merged layer (you might want to desaturate it) and setting it to Soft Light does help, and doing a similar process with Diffuse Glow ( foreground: black, background: white) helps too, I usually set this layer with an opacity of 25-35%, but that depends on what I’m working on. Sorry if I couldn’t explain it better, I suck at Photoshop tutorials :/

Sadly, not anymore. I was pretty obsessed with some anime back in the day (a decade ago or something??? wow) though, like Saint Seiya, Cardcaptor Sakura, DBZ, Pokémon, Rurouni Kenshin and Yu-Gi-Oh!. These were the most common here so they were shown in public tv, and that’s how I found about them. Sailor Moon was also really popular but I never got the chance to watch it and I couldn’t stand Digimon at all.
